कर्नाटक उच्च न्यायालय: मानव तस्करी मामले में भवानी रेवन्ना को अग्रिम जमानत दी गई

लाइव हिंदी खबर :- कर्नाटक की अदालत ने अपनी पूर्व नौकरानी के अपहरण के मामले में भवानी रेवन्ना को अग्रिम जमानत दे दी है। भवानी रेवन्ना के बेटे प्रज्वल रेवन्ना पर पीड़िता का यौन उत्पीड़न करने का आरोप है. पुलिस ने यौन हिंसा की शिकार पीड़िता को अगवा करने के आरोप में प्रज्वल के पिता रेवन्ना और मां भवानी समेत 4 लोगों के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज किया है.

इसके बाद भवानी रेवण्णा छिप गईं। उन्होंने कर्नाटक हाई कोर्ट में जमानत याचिका भी दायर की थी. कोर्ट ने उन्हें सशर्त जमानत दे दी है. इसके बाद, वह पुलिस की विशेष जांच इकाई द्वारा पूछताछ के लिए उपस्थित हुए। इस मामले में उनके वकीलों ने 14 तारीख को कर्नाटक राज्य उच्च न्यायालय में याचिका दायर कर अग्रिम जमानत की मांग की थी. उसी के आधार पर अब कर्नाटक हाई कोर्ट ने उन्हें अग्रिम जमानत दे दी है.
